No problem. You go up You expect it to be worth it. You get there, you open the door. To the right, bedrooms and bathroom. On the left, living room with open kitchen. Keep moving forward. Two windows. You approach. Miras. Wow! Every step has been valid. You go to the balcony, you look at the sea, you breathe deep. They start your vacations.

Beautiful penthouse with spectacular views.

Find a moment of tranquility and magic. Feel the sea as if you were on a boat. You will be amazed contemplating the islands (Lobos and Lanzarote) from this penthouse. It is very well located in the town of Corralejo, a few meters from the marina that offers a wide variety of excursions and water sports. Everything is close by to walk to: gastronomic leisure, shops, supermarkets, health center. Dort finden Sie Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Modegeschäfte, usw.! Den schwarzen Sandstrand und den Ozean haben Sie gleich vor der Tür. Die Wohnung (auf der 3. Etage, Treppensteigen erforderlich) für 4 Personen, verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlange und einem Schlafsofa, eine Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

There you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, fashion stores, etc.! The black sandy beach and the ocean are right outside the door. The apartment (on the 3rd floor, climbing stairs required) for 5 people, has a living room with air conditioning and a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms and a terrace with sea view.
