Perfect for surf trips or to just hang out with friends and family. The big open living room is upstairs which gives you an amazing view from right where you hang out. Open the sliding glass door and your living room gets even bigger with our spacious balcony patio with amazing panoramic views. Famous community that is fun and safe!

Our cottage at Las Gaviotas is know for surfing @ private gated community with 24hr security, easily accessible to Winery's and Lobster village at Puerto Nuevo, Ensenada and Rosarito Beach. If Booking with us you must have the information on your location, which is #101 Pelicanos Oeste, printed out on where you will be staying for the security guards to better direct you to your location. Also Las Gaviotas will not allow any type of campers.
