Family room on 1st floor, Flat screen Tv, DirecTV and Wifi. Second floor has a gourmet kitchen and a game room with a pool table. This house is just steps to the beach. There is a floor deck with tables to dine al fresco. This home is located in a community with 24 hour a day security. Must be 25 years old to rent the property

Nice 2bdrm 2b house near everything, great value!

Nice and large 2bdrm/2bath house for up to 7 people, just 8-10 minutes drive from the beach, malecon and main tourist attractions, fully equipped, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon, living room with large tv and lots of streaming options, A/C, wifi, charcoal bbq grill, boiler, gated back and front yard and more! Shade parking, close to shops, cinema, food stands, if you are looking for a nice place at an affordable price this is your place! please contact me if any questions : )

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Centrally located on Playa Mirador, this 3 bedroom 3 bath home is within a short walking distance of Manny's Beach Club, Pitaya Bar and Pink Cadillac. Spend the day on the beach, then unwind and watch the sunset from the large patio with lounge chairs, firepit and BBQ grill. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.

We have the most beautiful beach in all of Rocky Point far from the shoulder-to-shoulder packed beaches on the west side. Our beach is just like it was 35 years ago - untouched.
