Fully equipped villa in privacy by the wilderness lake. This area has the most snow in Finland! Completed in 2022, toilet, underfloor heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, shower, wifi. The reindeer are here and the northern lights are often seen with us! A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

A small beach cottage near the center of Ranua, on its own peninsula right by the lake. The cottage is connected to a traditional Finnish wood sauna and a real shower in the dressing room attached to the sauna. The cottage is very traditional with a bit of modernization. From the deck, a great view of the lake! There is no indoor toilet in the cottage. Instead, there's a traditional Finnish outdoor shower in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cabin experience near nature!
