A traditional Cycladic house (65 sqm) located very close to the beach (only 100 meters away), ideal for summer holidays. It features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom. The complex also offers a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing moments during your stay. The area has tavernas and cafés and is also served by the local bus service. Despite this, it remains quite peaceful throughout the year, and the beach includes both organized and non-organized spots.

This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.
