Welcome to our annex, perfect for a couple/small family. We are on the outskirts of beautiful Fowey, 1 km from the beach and parking for 1 vehicle. Our master bedroom has a king sized bed, & the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. Beautiful oak floors sweep through & the en-suite has an electric shower with underfloor heating. The small oak kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, fridge, microwave & 2 bar stools. There is wifi and a 21 inch smart TV. Bifold doors open into a garden seating area.

Situated in the very heart of Polperro, just steps from the harbour and coast path , The Lobster Pot is a bright and stylish apartment that sleeps up to four guests (3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children) Polperro itself is undoubtedly one of Cornwall’s prettiest villages. White washed cottages cling to the side of the valley with the River Pol meandering slowly through the village. Narrow lanes and pathways , once used by smugglers, lead to the picturesque working harbour, full of colourful boats.

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.
