Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Charming little stone house

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

4**** labeled furnished tourism 2022. Ty Brao is 900 m from the 1st beach, 2 minutes' drive from Royau Beach and the GR 34, but also 4 minutes from Trestel Beach, 5 minutes from the village. Lively area with its restaurants, the Ty Gwen pizzeria⭐️⭐️⭐️, its surf school, organic bakery, bar, concerts. Our cocooning wooden frame cottage with its large bay windows on a large wooded lot offers a beautiful sea view. We don't accept pets.
