Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. The polder cottage is an oasis of peace in the middle of the Randstad. It has recently been renovated and has all the comforts. The WiFi works great in all areas. Perfect place for vacation and to be able to work quietly. The polder cottage is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). For short trips, you can use (for free) the four bicycles we have. We have created an information book for you with all our tips for the area.

Duurzaam huis aan de rand van de Kagerplassen. Met warmtebronnen worden in de winter de ruimten verwarmd en in de zomer iets gekoeld. Echt op het platteland maar wel 20 km van Amsterdam en 8 km van Leiden. Het appartement is sfeervol en efficiënt ingericht en van vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesvak, TV, Nespresso koffiemachine en waterkoker voorzien. A small cottage in the center of Nieuwveen close to Amsterdam and Schiphol. The location is centrally located between other major cities, beach and Keukenhof. With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes and (electric)bicycles are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house. No dogs/no drugs.
