Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

The open-plan living area features a sloped ceiling with wooden accents and natural light streaming through skylights. A grey sofa faces a wall-mounted television, and a wooden table with high stools is positioned nearby. Potted plants add greenery to the space.

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the calm proximity to the points of interest of the area and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without vis-à-vis. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer seasonal products) and equipped with fiber.
