The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Our house is located on the tranquil outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, LEGOLAND Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberger Ritterspiele? There you will be in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the Spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike ride. You can park your car in front of the house for free at our property.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
