Nice cottage (3-star label) in the heart of Saint Malo; located in a neighborhood of Paramé, close to shops, 20 min walk to the train station, and the beach. Very well equipped, this house of 48 m2, composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, very bright, thanks to a large glass window overlooking a pretty enclosed garden just for you, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet. 2 entrances: 1 street side by a staircase and 1 garden side.

Fisherman's house style built in local stones. The Blue House, that's its name, is all yours, peaceful, fully equipped. In a village "classified "+ beautiful village of France", shops and tourist office 50 m away. At the port, beaches, creperie, glacier, small outdoor restaurants with their terrace facing the sea!
