Completely renovated, on the ground floor, it is divided as follows: kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and internal staircase for the private terrace with barbecue, ideal for outdoor dinners. Equipped with all the comforts (Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioners, hairdryer, beach umbrella). Bath towels, sheets, and a shower shampoo kit will be provided upon arrival for the first day. Case a Levante offers spectacular views of the bay of Cala Creta. From the house you can enjoy a spectacular view of the blue sea of Cala Creta and the lighthouse of Grecale. Parking at the entrance. Absolute tranquility. The location is a few hundred meters from the airport and the supermarket. The village is very close. Leaving the patio gate overlooking the sea, 30 meters away, there is the equipped flat rock of Cala Creta with bar overlooking the sea for great breakfasts.
