The house is in a quiet private neighborhood on 1 acre of cove front property. There is an abundance of wildlife. Stairs lead down to the cove where you can walk the shore at low tide, birdwatch or hear fog horns. At high tide you can take our kayaks out. It's walking distance to Lamoine Beach Park and 35 min to Acadia. The classic but comfortable living space is all on the second level. Wifi & TV with cable, and air conditioning are all available. The basement/garage level has a washer/dryer.

We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. For added guests - there is a fully equipped RV pad with hookups (50 amp, water, sewer) available for an additional fee. This is a shared lot with a second home occupied by the owners.

Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.
