Barley Mow - Luxury Escape In The Mountains

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

A new cottage in beautiful Dalefield at the base of Coronet Peak, only 2k from the ski field. Riverstone Cottage is set within its own 6.5 acres with stunning views in every direction. Enjoy access via a private footpath to the Shotover River, QT Trail and 165 acres of adjoining DOC land with its own network of hiking and mountain biking trails. You will be surrounded by nature, yet only a 15 minute drive to both Queenstown and historical Arrowtown. Have it all! :)

Its a 20 minute drive to Queenstown for all your adventure/tour activities, restaurants and bars or 8 mins to Frankton shopping, 10 mins to Arrowtown and 15 minute to Coronet Peak. There is a smart TV, complimentary access to Netflix, YouTube, TVNZ on demand. Walking /biking tracks nearby There is a small courtyard area with 2 outdoor sofa units.

A 5min drive to the base of Remarkables Ski Field, 10min drive to the airport, Remarkables and 5 Mile shopping centers and 25min to the heart of Queenstown. Perfect base and size to explore for two adults but has a pull out couch for a third guest or child. There is the Farmhouse Cafe and playground at the end of the street. Our property is situated in the beautiful Speargrass Flat Area in a private secluded setting with views of Coronet Peak and the Remarkable Ski Fields. We are a five minute drive from Arrowtown and a 15 minute drive from the Queenstown Airport or the Town Centre. We are also only minutes away from joining the Queenstown walking and cycle trails. Behind our hedges you will find a lovely sunny area with ample off street parking.

Completely private separate dwelling to the owner's house on the property.

Five minute drive to Arrowtown, twenty minutes to Queenstown and a two minute walk to Lake Hayes or the various trails.
