Brand New One-Bedroom Guest House in the Historic District near Downtown Gainesville. This stylish, centrally-located rental is located in the backyard of our property and was designed by an architect on the historic board in the city of Gainesville, along with our son, who is also an architect. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The ceilings are 9-feet high, giving a feeling of extra space in this 420-sq. foot guest house.

We made this beautiful in-law suite your home away from home! There is on-site parking, a separate entrance, and complete isolation. A 15-minute walk to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium or O'Connell Center. Everything you need for your perfect visit to Gainesville or UF! Our son and his friends are UF students and live in the main house (complete separate entrances/spaces), but they are the cleanest/nicest boys you'll meet, so you'll never worry about wild college parties here!
