In winter, the slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking area is right in front of the house.

This allows you to enjoy the special feeling of a real second home in the mountains. The apartment has character, high-quality details and a roof terrace. Plenty of space for up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 comfortable sofa beds. Ideally located between the Mayrhofen and Zillertal Arena ski areas. Ski bus and train stop right outside the door.

The accommodation is centrally located yet quiet. It is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. Our house is located on a hill above Ramsau and belongs to Hainzenberg. At the foot of the hill are numerous shops and bus stops. On foot, it is approx. 300 meters. In winter, the ski bus also runs from here to the Horbergbahn and the Zillertal Arena.
