This unique home is secluded in the woods but is close to community service. The annex is part of the host family's garage. You live near them but have your own parking and entrance. A plank and lush vegetation reinforce the feeling of privacy. For children, there are plenty to do in the garden that is shared with the host family. The large bedroom has a 180 bed and 2st 190x70. Sleeping alcove has a 140 bed The space is best suited for up to four grown-up and two children, but the bunk beds can withstand full weight.

At the end of the street, with a playground and forest outside the doorstep, is this newly built guest apartment. In Skreanäs you have 5-10 minutes to several lovely sandy beaches, including Skrea beach and Ringsegård beach, where you can drive all the way down to the beach edge by car. You have several lovely walking paths in the forest or beautiful nature and close to shopping, golf, restaurant and nightlife. The house is located with the front door straight out towards a really nice playground with BBQ. Welcome!

A simple and cozy room close to the sea, the station, forest and Båstad. Please note that the room is simple and small, about 10 sqm including bathroom and kitchenette. The accommodation is especially suitable for one person but there is opportunity for stay for two people. The area is very calm with no notable traffic. For those who want to get off the drive, there are bicycles for rent. From the fall to early summer, the space can be used as a student accommodation at a very greatly reduced price.

The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more.
