Villa on the lake with a pool

Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.

A cozy living area features exposed wooden beams and a stone archway. A yellow sofa provides seating, complemented by an armchair. A TV and a sound system with vinyl records are positioned on shelving, with a fireplace adding warmth to the space.

Vi aspettiamo nella nostra piccola casa , ma accogliente e fornita di tutto. Il parcheggio è LIBERO e GRATUITO nelle vie e nelle piazzette limitrofe all'appartamento ( Centro Storico ) Vi offriamo l'occorrente per la colazione e alcuni snack; macchina del caffe' con cialde incluse; acqua di Nepi ; (1 pacco di pasta,olio,sale,aceto,aglio,cipolla /peperoncino ). 1 TV in camera e 1 TV in salotto ;1 condizionatore/camera e 1 condizionatore/ sala pranzo . Wifi presente in tutta la casa.

L’appartamento si trova al piano terra con accesso privato ed è collocato in uno dei punti più belli di Trevignano Romano, a pochi passi dal centro, dai ristoranti sul lago, dal borgo e dalla spiaggia. È composto da ampio salone, due camere da letto, due bagni, patio, giardino collegato direttamente al lago e garage privato. Tutto questo a pochi passi da Roma per trascorrere qualche giorno in un piccolo paradiso di relax, pace e benessere.

Un gioiello nel centro storico

Un appartamento nel centro storico di Sutri, al secondo piano di un immobile di soli due piani. Ingresso indipendente, vista sul duomo con vicino due campi da golf: Il Golf Nazionale e Terra dei consoli. Sutri è un centro dalle antiche origini, in cui sono ancora visibili tombe rupestri risalenti al VI – IV secolo a.C., l’anfiteatro romano di età augustea ed una piccola Chiesa rupestre della Madonna del Parto.
