Lovely apartment with patio centrally located in Mariefred

Apartment is centrally located in Mariefred's city center, close to Gripsholm Castle and Lake Mälaren's unique opportunity for swimming and boat trips. The train to Stockholm takes 40 minutes. The apartment has its own entrance from the yard. On the entrance level, there is a spacious hall and a large bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, toilet, two bedrooms and balcony overlooking Gripsholm Castle. Rented for at least three nights or more. If there are other wishes, contact the host.

Stallet

The small stable that is from the 1600s has been converted into a small guest apartment. There is no running water here, but there is an old-fashioned charming little kitchen with modern equipment. The toilet consists of a modern incineration toilet. Hot water shower is available in an adjacent building. The farm is located in a quiet, old-fashioned village surrounded by forest and arable land, but with idyllic Mariefred and Gripsholm Castle around the corner. On the farm, you live with dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and beehives.

Villa Gurli was built in 1912 and has undergone an extensive renovation in the last year to regain its former glory. With a private jetty/marina, it is also possible to get here by boat. The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity to both nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.

Short walk to restaurants, shops. About 500 meters to Gripsholm Castle, 300 meters to Tucholsky's grave, 200 meters to the swimming pier.

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, or visit all the exciting sights in Mariefred or Strängnäs.

A simple little house where you can sleep and prepare basic meals while enjoying everything that Mariefred has to offer. The house is only 15 sqm, so it’s small but cozy. There is a bed that is 140 cm wide, a small writing desk with a chair, and a small table with two stools. There is a TV with Netflix, Telia Play, and Disney+. There is also a small kitchenette with two hotplates and a portable fan. Parking is available on the street outside or elsewhere nearby.
