This guest house located in a quiet neighborhood of Dayton, OR has everything necessary for a quiet retreat. Cozy up for a movie night or enjoy a night in the backyard grilling on the barbecue! Dayton is the perfect location that has served our family well. We are 5-10 minutes from all the things you want! Tasting Rooms, Vineyards, Restaurants, Parks, or jump on the highway and you are an hour away from the ocean! Go the other way and it's an hour to Portland...traffic pending of course ;)

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Peaceful cottage- 2 bed/2bath

The Cottage is located at the end of Park St in a serene country setting, walkable (0.5 m) to Carlton shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, community pool, parks and more. Owner operated. The cottage has 2 master suites, a full kitchen, a large living room with cable TV, internet, books and games and a private back yard. The cottage shares a wall with our private home. There is NO washer/dryer. There is off-street parking. The cottage is ideal for couples or families staying in the area.

Wake up above the Willamette Valley, surrounded by Oregon’s most celebrated wineries. Located at the highest point in Dundee, this serene retreat offers exquisite views. With more than 10 wineries within two miles, it’s an ideal base for exploring wine country. After a day out, return home to unwind with evening stargazing in the courtyard or on the terrace.

McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!
