The guest apartment (2-bedroom) is located next to the Estonian National Museum (ERM), on the fourth floor of a brand new apartment building. There is a free car park in front of the house. The house has an elevator. Around the clean Raadimõisa historical park, nature, clean air, upside down house, ERM, running tracks, disc golf, bicycles, snow park and next to the house there is a playground for children. My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.
