The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

Leonidio, a very traditional village in the Peloponnese, 4 km from the port and a beautiful beach. Tourism, in winter as in summer, remains very reasonable and the inhabitants very welcoming. Guests can enjoy the pleasures of the sea (very clean and warm), the magnificent red cliff (climbers' paradise), hiking trails and a bike-friendly road circuit. You can visit many taverns in Leonidio, Plaka port and the surrounding villages.

Molaoi is a very good choice for anyone who wants to explore Laconia.

The Registry listed, red stone house of Captain Rizos, shipowner at that time, stands on Poros channel since 1851, having reached the 6th generation of the family. It is a house full of history and memories that have remained alive from generation to generation. In this place, the Greek poet Kostis Palamas vacationed in the summers.
