It's a 1 hour drive from Toulouse airport, 100 mins from Bordeaux airport, 2 hours from Bergerac airport and is perfectly placed for visitors to the medieval towns, markets, villages, views, and attractions of the legendary south west of France.

Bedroom/living room composed of a 140 x 200 bed, a dining table and a 43-inch 4K Android TV with all channels (C+, RMC sport, Beinsport... Movies + series). A bathroom with shower, washing machine, vanity unit and toilet. A small terrace/pergola at the entrance to the accommodation with garden furniture. Nérac: accommodation close to the historic center

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

The mill is off-center but located 10 minutes from Lectoure and Fleurance, 15 minutes from Castéra Verduzan and 20 minutes from Condom. The 95m² house is located in a charming little hamlet in the fields and woods. Totally independent accommodation with 2 private entrances. Very quiet, nights of rest guaranteed. Close to the Gers, of which Gramont was still part of just over 200 years ago (Close to Saint-Clar, Lectoure). Nearby (about 6 and 15 km) also supervised swimming areas: swimming pool, lakes, very well-equipped recreation center.

Apartment in a Renaissance castle

Sleep in a completely renovated wing of the castle super charming. You will have the opportunity to sleep in a 16th century castle, while having the comfort of the new but without losing the fascinating side. You will have your own completely independent entrance, with a view of the park from the outside of the castle where you can also have breakfast or aperitifs in the sun.

Studio in Gers

Comfortably furnished for two people and located in our small village of Castet- Arrouy, come and relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Dogs are allowed under conditions. This year, we have chosen to request a supplement of €3 per pet per day. There's more housekeeping and cleaning to do after your four-legged friends leave. Thank you for understanding.
