Private parking. Large adjoining plot with a nice bread oven (not usable). 2 km from the center of Mens. For the period of July/August, reservations are only by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Accessible by car , Grenoble city center is 15 min away and ski resorts is 45 min away The apartment consists of a very large living room, equipped with a stove and reversible air conditioning,a 160 cm TV, a kitchen equipped with American fridge,and a mezzanine, a real cocoon with views of the stars thanks to the velux.

Small apartment located in Monestier de Clermont, composed of a large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. ideal for a couple with children. Independent from the rest of the house, we will be happy to welcome you for a night, a weekend, a week! Located 15 minutes from Monteynard Lake and Gresse en Vercors. We live at the rental location with our two children.

Ideal for mountain and hiking lovers. Close to Alpe du Grand Serre ski resort (30 minutes away). Three lakes (10 minutes away) allow you to combine mountain and water activities.
