Quiet and central accommodation close to nature. The cabin is located only 300 m from the E6, 1 km from the city centre. Here you get a peaceful place to rest after a long drive – or a perfect starting point for hiking in forests and fields. A hiking trail starts right by the cabin and takes you out into beautiful nature, and it is only 400 meters down to Toftakervannet. The cabin has a fridge, coffee maker and electric heater. Toilet is available in the house nearby (no shower) - this is separate from the rest of the house and is only used by you.

Easy starting point for trips to mountains, on the sea and in the cultural landscape. Relax in close contact with our social sheep and lambs. Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, sitting area, etc. Hot tub is ordered separately, NOK 850,-/ 73,- Euro. Booking min 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid April to first week of May - opportunity to see the little lambs and proud mothers.

Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). Modern new cabin with all your needs. 80m2 built in spring 2019. A perfect spot to relax by the sea or take a hike in the mountains. Here you can explore the midnight sun in the summer and northern light in the vinter. In 2021 we also added a sauna and a frisbee course to our property. During winterseason you can borrow cross-country ski from us. We can also help you with booking of outdoor activities. Dog sleding, snowmobil driving, sami experience like reindeer feeding and so on.. Ask us!

Homely "barn" between fjord and mountains.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

"Helge Ingstad" Cabin / Bardu Huskylodge

The “Helge Ingstad”Cabin has been decorated and set-up with ever attention to detail to make your evenings with us comfortable and relaxed. Lovingly furnished with drift wood and natural materials the cabins accommodate five to six people. We have a sauna near the river (additional for 450NOK). Our three cozy log cabins „Helge Ingstad Hytte“, „Eivind Astrup Hytte” and "Wanny Woldstad Hytte" are all to rent on Airbnb.

The view

The place is located on Garsnes pier about 6 km outside the center of Sjøvegan. The place has access to the beach,barbecue area,resturant and it is possible to rent a boat. Tour areas,both top tours and regular hiking trails are nearby. Airports about 1 hour drive away.Polar park a short drive away. The cabin is idyllically located with great views to both sun in summer and Northern lights in autumn/winter..j
