Simple and practical studio, downtown, shops

Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

Independent studio, with its own entrance and exit, in the garage of a detached house on the hillsides and very close to the village of Castanet-Tolosan, at the end of a private road. Parking is available in front of the house. Welcome and key exchange by the family. 25 m2, very clean, with everything you need to rest, cook, work… 15-minute walk to the center of Castanet with shops, restaurants, small cinema. Bus stop at the bottom of the road to reach Ramonville metro station.

Ayguesvives, detached house, 49 m2, located close to the village and all its amenities and the Canal du Midi. Furnished tourist house rated 4****, fully equipped for a quiet and serene furnished rental; air conditioning, bioclimatic pergola, equipped kitchen, office area with internet and Wi-Fi (fiber), living room and dining room... the entire living space opens onto a terrace and a garden that is not overlooked. Access not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The studio is located in a quiet and charming area, close to shops, 10 minutes walk from the city center (Halle aux grains, Métro Francois Verdier) and 15 minutes from the train station.
