Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent out my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, at the Saalestrand and in the Paradies-Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the nearby construction site. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Located in Jena, the holiday apartment "Happynest" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.
