Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Its interiors consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living-dining room are distributed over an area of 120 m². One of the bedrooms has independent access. Two differently oriented terraces will allow you to choose your preferred places for your meals.
