In the heart of the historic center and only 15' from the sea, this cozy renovated apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. Located at the street and with an intimate interior patio, it is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy the charm of Denia. The Green House I will be your new home in Denia. This charming apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and kitchen open to the living/dining room. It is located on a ground floor and has direct access from Calle San Pascual, a quiet and quiet street. Please note that you will need to climb a step that raises the main entrance. Upon entering, the living area follows the concept of open space integrating the living room with the dining room and kitchen with an American bar. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker... The apartment also has a washing machine and iron, TV, as well as air conditioning splits in the bedrooms and living/dining room. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and access to a small interior patio with artificial grass. The second bedroom, is a cozy space with a single bed and with the option of placing a second extra bed. Also available is the option to add a crib and/or high chair for babies (upon request). This apartment is exclusive for you, enjoy and relax in this corner with Mediterranean essence. This apartment is equipped with the Verisure alarm and security system. Includes opening sensors on doors and windows as well as motion photodetectors. The system does not have surveillance cameras, guaranteeing guests' privacy at all times. Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed without being accompanied by a father, mother or legal guardian.

Being away from the urban center guarantees tranquility and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle for getting around, including accessing the garbage collection point.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Beautiful villa with a spectacular pool, garden and cozy house. Ideal for enjoying summer days with family or friends. Beach 300 meters away (only 3 minutes walk). All kinds of services are offered (towels, both shower and beach, self-service cold water and hot water, sweets, fruit, soft drinks, oil, vinegar, salt, bread, milk, cookies, savory snacks, welcome bottle of cava, ice, juices...) Rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
