Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Very private house in a quiet area at the foot of Montgó. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house. 13.5 x 4.5 meter pool and Jacuzzi. Heated pool (ask for price). Sun all day. 1 minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket, coffee shop, and 10 meters walk to restaurants. A 5-minute drive to the historic center, 15 minutes to the Puerto beach and 5 minutes to town. You will find traditional shops and restaurants. 5 beds, 1 Queen-sized bed, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace.

All kinds of services are offered (towels, both shower and beach, self-service cold water and hot water, sweets, fruit, soft drinks, oil, vinegar, salt, bread, milk, cookies, savory snacks, welcome bottle of cava, ice, juices...) Rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Villa located on the edge of the Montgó de Dénia nature park. You can enjoy its heated swimming pool, summer kitchen and garden in a very quiet environment away from prying eyes. Its interiors consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living-dining room are distributed over an area of 120 m². One of the bedrooms has independent access. Two differently oriented terraces will allow you to choose your preferred places for your meals.

A 5-minute walk from the beach, with a jacuzzi, pool, chill-out area and outdoor kitchen, you will feel like you are in paradise. Fully equipped and spacious chalet with all possible amenities. It has private space for 5 cars. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and is surrounded by restaurants and beach bars, as well as public transportation to downtown Denia. Pets are welcome at no additional cost!
