We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

House completely renovated in 2023 with its shutters totally typical of the Tanneries. The house is on two floors, it has two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms.
