Venez vous détendre ou télétravailler en pleine nature ! Spacieuse, très confortable, la maison peut accueillir 7 personnes, plus un enfant. Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

It can accommodate 5 people and a baby. No vis-à-vis or shared ownership. Enclosed property: Children will play with peace of mind.
