Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

The view from a window reveals a serene nighttime landscape. Illuminated buildings dot the hillside, and a distant clock tower stands out against the dark sky. Soft lights reflect off the surrounding trees, creating a calming ambiance in the village.

Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) with a balcony facing the sea and the harbor. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.
