Welcome to Les Sables! Nice 32 m2 studio located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the boardwalk. A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Everything is planned to accommodate you in the best conditions. See you soon!

nice renovated studio, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby….the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a secure double entrance. Listing is rated 2 stars . In Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are paid from April to September, I give you a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

In a pleasant and quiet residence between beach and state forest. Close to the supervised beach, forest, bike path, hiking trail... In season: Entertainment, Surf School, Outdoor Theater, Seasonal Shops. We don't provide sheets (140 x 190 cm) or bath towels.

Very close to the beach with parking and balcony

The apartment is at the foot of the Plage des Présidents. It is quiet and bright. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator). It was renovated and refurbished in 2022. It has a balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny days. A private covered parking space is available in the basement of the residence, ensuring you don't have to look for a parking space. Free parking is also available on the street.
