The sleeping area has a double bed with direct excess to private chill out lounge area. There is also an indoor lounge area with two chairs & coffee table.

Beautiful house placed to 7 minutes by car from L'Estartit's beach, in full center of the Costa Brava. It is ideal for travellers who want to discover the region or simply to enjoy the beach and the tranquillity and the relaxation or a dinner in the garden under the stars. The house is located in the Urbanization La Torre Vella in half a way between L'Estartit and Torroella de Montgrí, in a natural environment. For hiking lovers a GR route pass behind the house. We recommend coming by car.

Very nice White House, Finca Ibicenca type, in L'Estartit, with roof terrace, Menorcan aloe vera and olive tree garden, direct access to a common swimming pool, very wooded and quiet subdivision in a green area. The house is 10 minutes from the sea, with access by bike path or road, and access to shops 2 minutes away. L'Estartit is a classified nature reserve with its renowned Mèdes islands for diving. Nature is at the heart of this preserved village, with 400 km of hiking trails.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
