Authentic atmosphere, all comforts, with very spacious and bright living room open to fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with shower room and toilet, laundry room, 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered. Walks along the river.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.
