Large country house 300 m2 for rent

I rent this pleasant house in the heart of Touraine. You can rest and have fun without risking disturbing the neighbors. Spacious and suitable for a large family or group of friends. Very nice for 12-17 people. 6 bedrooms and 12 beds: 5 double beds, 7 singles + 2 children's beds (BB) 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets. Towels not included! Pool: 8x5m heated from 01/06 to 15/09, submerged bike. TV, hot tub, treadmill, Flipper, foosball, bar arcade games, ping pong… and the garden.

On the ground floor, a large living room with open kitchen and large central island illuminated by the glass gable. A master bedroom (high-end bed) with dressing room and bathroom. Toilet. Office. Upstairs: living room with TV in mezzanine, large games room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. This place is great for families. A baby bed and high chair are available.

In the countryside, while being close to the Futuroscope and Lake St. Cyr. Heated pool, large outdoor area with volleyball, ping pong, various outdoor games. Beds made on arrival and towels available. Secure outdoor garage. The grounds are completely enclosed and not overlooked.

Family home with contemporary charm.

Located 1 hour from Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the parks of La Brenne, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm that you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels bringing a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. The pool (6x12 m) is heated from June to September and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, toilet, shower)
