Large 80 m² floor completely renovated into an apartment in a very charming old stone house. Light, crossing, dining room on the north side overlooking the garden and its large trees, two bedrooms with double bed to the south on the square side. You will be on the top floor of our house but totally independent. You will have a new equipped kitchen and shower room at your disposal. The apartment is cozy and well insulated, you can enjoy its spacious volumes and vintage decor 🧡

It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas.
