Independent entrance via Rue Saint Jacques. Entry through the equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Place to bring 2 bikes. A few stairs lead to the main room: on the left the sitting area with TV and on the right the sleeping area. Qqes steps still to access the small bathroom with toilet. Private apartment in our property but detached from the house, the apartment is above the garage, there is a large bedroom with a queen bed and 2 single beds, there is a seating area with a desk, a bathroom with shower, the toilets are in the bathroom. There is a fridge in the garage that you can use. There is a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave available in the apartment. We have a dog on the property. No animals allowed.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
