In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

The outdoor heated pool is framed by natural greenery, offering a serene atmosphere. Sun loungers are arranged around the pool area on a wooden deck, providing ample space for relaxation. The tranquil setting encourages enjoyment of sunny days and peaceful moments.

This dwelling has many vintage elements, such as its hives, porch, ovens, outdoor staircase, awning... 🚶On foot, you can easily access local shops, sports fields and the Denée pond.
