"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Very bright beachfront apartment with a community pool, parking, and garden. Great terrace with ocean views. Fully renovated and equipped. Air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway of the bedrooms. Located on the promenade itself. Basic amenities in the vicinity. The port of Cambrils can be reached by the pedestrian promenade (3 km). From June 15 to September 15, we don't usually accept stays shorter than 4 nights (check before requesting a reservation).

It consists of a dining room with WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace overlooking the beach and the pool. The pool is open from June to September 15. It has community parking, except in July and August, because there are more owners than parking spaces.
