This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
