The cottage is an air-conditioned studio located on the upper floor of a detached villa without a direct neighbor. Completely renovated 23 m2 studio (March 2023), facing south with open view. Located 700m from the center of the village of La Palud sur Verdon. Terrace, parking and large garden. Air Conditioning and Heating (Heat Pump) Comfortable walk-in shower. We organize canyon, climbing and adventure activities. The property has one 140 bed (Mérinos) and one couch.
