Welcome to Les Sables! Nice 32 m2 studio located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the boardwalk. A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Everything is planned to accommodate you in the best conditions. See you soon!

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility of walking around a large pond or we provide a boat for a relaxing moment on the water. 3 min drive to Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, supermarket...), 25 min to Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour to Puy du Fou and access to the Chemin du GR at the doors of the studio
