Very nice apartment, 2P, 65 m2, with parking, great location on the shores of Lake 2, leisure and business town between Marsa and Tunis. 15 min walk to the lake, 200 meters to Tunisia Mall and 500 meters to Hannibal Clinic. 15 min drive to the beaches of Gammarth, Carthage, La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said, and downtown Tunis. Very nice view of the hills of Carthage and forest. Very high standing building. Living room + 1 bedroom + 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom. Very well furnished. Numerous nearby restaurants

Charming apartment with stunning views of Lake Tunis

A very high-standard apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Tunis. Lively neighborhood with shops, restaurants and all the shops you might need. Close to the Concorde Hotel and the Paris Hotel. The apartment is composed of a living room, two bedrooms and an equipped kitchen. Very bright and sunny thanks to its large windows, including the living room overlooking a small balcony with a beautiful view where you can have breakfast facing the sunrise or sunset.

A stylish bright 3BDR flat maintained to high standards, three bedrooms and three bathrooms in a modern guarded residence in one of Tunis finest neighbourhood. It would perfectly suit a family or business visitors, the flat accommodates up to 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The flats is decorated with original vintage film posters from my very own collection featuring Tunisian, Egyptian, Lebanese and Syrian cinema dating all the way back to the early 1930s..

An outdoor terrace features a natural view of the Tunis lake, surrounded by greenery. A light-colored table is accompanied by four chairs. Potted plants add a touch of nature, creating a serene space for relaxation.

Beautiful studio overlooking Lake Tunis

Treat yourself to a beautiful stay in Tunis in a recently renovated and custom-designed studio. Located just 10 minutes from the airport and the city center, the studio has a terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Tunis. The studio also has a "convertible" wooden element that can be used as a reading space or as a dining table etc. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, TV, heating, fridge, Wi-Fi, sheets, duvets, towels and kitchenette.

Great for a stay on Lake Tunis.

Well-equipped and very neat apartment, located in one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. Close to all amenities (mall, hypermarket, luxury shops, airport...) Ideal for a business stay (headquarters of the largest companies a few meters away) or for a tourist stay (neighborhoods of Gammart, Marsa, Sidi Bousaid and Tunis city center 20 minutes by car) Very spacious (ideal for 2 to 4 people) and has a large terrace overlooking Lake Tunis

A cozy apartment on the ground floor in a quiet residence located in the heart of the Lac 1 district, one of the most chic districts of Tunis, Rue du Lac Victoria close to all amenities. The neighborhood is residential and secure, walking distance to the beautiful lake. Close to the airport. it is halfway between downtown Tunis and the northern suburbs. It is suitable for a business stay or vacation. NB: there is no private parking space.
