Amazing sea view, with the beach in front, you will live at 4° in a 6 floors small building typical of Nice dating from 1928, with elevator, peaceful & cordial atmosphere. Beach is in front. L'appartement se compose d'un séjour/salle à manger avec une grande table pour 6, de deux chambres avec lits doubles de 160x200, d'une salle de bains avec douche, d'une cuisine équipée et de WC séparé. Beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
