Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Petite Kitchenette, douche dans la pièce et WC à l'INTERIEUR fermé. Faible Hauteur sur mezzanine: Matelas 160x200, raccourci sur un angle. TV, WIFI, CLIMATISATION. Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Two-room apartment, 30 m2, quiet, bright, unobstructed view, 4th floor without elevator, traditional Niçoise building, 5-minute walk to the sea and bus and tram stops, many shops within walking distance. Apartment directly next to that of the owner, it corresponds to a part made independent. Check-in is set at 7pm-11pm for security reasons, keys can most often be handed over well before 7pm, let us know the desired check-in time to see if it is possible.
