Beautiful and spacious 2 rooms completely tastefully renovated, new and equipped, close to the sea, behind the hotel Negresco. It is close to shops, restaurants, 5 min from the pedestrian area, cinema, bus. The train station is 15 min walk and the airport is 20 min by bus. Amazing sea view, with the beach in front, you will live at 4° in a 6 floors small building typical of Nice dating from 1928, with elevator, peaceful & cordial atmosphere. Beach is in front. Transport is at the foot. Parking for a tourism car is not a problem, electric charging stations at 50m All shops are nearby, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a large table for 6, two bedrooms with 160 x 200 double beds, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen and separate toilet. Gay friendly. Located between Magnan and the prestigious area of Fabron, the apartment is a seven-minute walk from the waterfront, the tram that takes you back to the city center and the Promen Promenade des Anglais. Perched at the heights, it has an amazing view.

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
