Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small residence of four apartments WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay, and a large bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm. Wifi and connected TV. Occupancy capacity for up to 2 people. In the heart of the village, you can do anything on foot. Parking in small private courtyard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite places and places.

Vacation home completely renovated in 2021. In the heart of Beg-Meil, the Breton Riviera. Enjoy the beaches and the port, a 2-minute walk away. The seaside resort's restaurants and shops are less than 100 meters away. A private garden with a 50 m2 terrace. Carefully decorated and with many amenities, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, sheets and linens are provided for a perfect stay in Brittany.

The dining area features a sleek black table with plates and glasses set for guests. Two modern chairs provide seating. A bright yellow umbrella shades an outdoor terrace seen through sliding glass doors, which open to a private garden area equipped with white chairs.

An exceptional experience! Close to beaches, shops, markets, fish tanks, marina and golf. This small house was completely renovated with care during the year 2023.
