Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Charming studio of 30m2, equipped for 2 people, located on the 1st floor of a village house. Ideally located in the heart of La Fleet (2 minutes walk from the port, daily market, 5 minutes from the beach). You access the apartment through a small common courtyard where you can park your bikes. Your home consists of an entrance, a seating area, a kitchen area, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Nice studio located in La Flotte en Ré in a serviced apartment with heated swimming pool (from the end of May to the end of September) Original with its loft bed (140x190), it has a second bed BZ(140x200) and therefore sleeps 3/4 people . Very bright and with a high ceiling, it is on the 1st and top floor. It has an equipped kitchen. The bathroom (shower) and toilet are separate. It features a small private terrace facing south, with garden furniture.
