This modern apartment is located directly on the seafront. From the living room you can enjoy the romantic sunset from the terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a soundproof window and a shutter for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. The study is an excellent place for working. The old town offers charming narrow streets, historical monuments and restaurants. The harbour and beaches are a few minutes walk away, the airport is 10 km away.

Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Le Palme is located approx. 4km from Sorso and 10km from Sassari. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with great care. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/kitchen and dining room. The exterior features a large veranda, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden with olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates, prickly pears and vines. The site offers complete privacy and is equipped for all seasons.

My country home is a very cosy chalet. The kitchen and the dining room are decorated in the Sardinian style with furniture, tapestries, frames and appareil. There is a fireplace in the corner, while old copper pans and home made baskets hang along the side on the wall. The veranda offers the option of having breakfast, lunch and dinner out in the open air and has a corner with view on the east-side garden where you can relax reading a book or enjoy a good Sardinian wine.

In the northwest of Sardinia, in the region of Sassari, you will find the stylish and spacious vacation home "Capriccio Mediterraneo". It is wheelchair-accessible and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) with en-suite bathrooms, another bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Lovely air-conditioned apartment in the city center in front of the sea on the ground floor of a very small building with a livable outdoor veranda and all amenities just a step away such as a lidl supermarket in front of the road, the beach can be reached on foot just 50 meters from the house, at 100 meters you can take the ferry to visit the Asinara Park. There is a real bar arcade in the house with 3000 games!!!!
