Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Casa Chapulín has the best location in trendy Roma neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the best restaurants, bars, emblematic parks (Chapultepec, Parque España & Parque México), museums, galleries and main avenues like Reforma and Insurgentes. Sevilla subway station is at a 2 min walking distance and a bike loan station (Ecobici) is just around the corner. The neighborhood is very safe and enjoyable for living. New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Bohemian green with a castle view 5 * at Condesa.

Super luminous apartment. We call it Verdant green. A bohemian studio with a stunning view. This is a small apartment 600sq2 with a big bathroom and an open kitchen at the 5th floor of a new condo. The bed is Queen and our windows have black out in case you want less light to sleep better. We are located at the edge of one of the best and trendiest neighborhoods in the city. Why the edge? Look at the pictures. Can you see the park and the castle in the view? Beautiful right?

Lovely Studio w beauty Terrace

Best located studio on the top of a nice house in Condesa. Leafy terrace, high ceilings, large windows and loaded with everything you need! You get to the studio directly by an external stairs or through the house kitchen’s that works more as a common hallway and a staircase for your exclusive use (the blue ones showed in the pictures), that goes to the second floor. You never have to enter into the rest of the house.
